Heather Ratynski
I've spent my life working with animals—from training my childhood collie in AKC junior handling to building a career in veterinary medicine, pet retail, and animal nonprofit work. But my true passion has always been dogs. For over 15 years, I’ve been immersed in training and dog sports, from competing nationally in Mondioring and co-founding Rocky Mountain DockDogs to participating in agility, nose work, and rally obedience. I’ve attended hundreds of hours of continuing education with some of the best in the field, and I believe in a balanced, respectful approach rooted in clear communication and relationship-building. My goal is always to help everyone build a stronger bond with their dog and make the training journey a positive, rewarding experience for both.
